With Baseball season right around the corner, Iʻm proud to introduce Joe Mauer as a great catcher, and quite the catch. He is one of the best defensive and offensive catchers in baseball. Joe bats left and throws right. Not only is he good at baseball, in high school he was really good at football. Joe made it to his high schools hall of fame.
Joe Mauer was born on April 19, 1983 in St. Paul MN. He is the catcher and awesome asset for the Minnesota Twins. He is also great at batting (81 Home Runs in his career).
Joe Mauer got four American League Silver Slugger awards, three American League Golden Glove awards and and one American League MVP award in his Career. He got three awards in 2009 alone!
When he first started his career in 2006 his salary was $300,000, 2010 season salary was $12,500,000! Hands down he is probably one of the best catchers in baseball today.
Joe is really tough. He has had a knee injury and probably hurts a lot but toughs it out every game.
Heʻs tall (6ʻ 5"), handsome, has a great smile, awesome eyes and he is just plain HOT
